all of your pieces and compare them to the instructions (some of them are not used for the crib, but only for the bed conversion), then it doesn't take too long to figure out which pieces go where.

it was a little hard to read off a board that you are building the crib with (the instructions are glued to it) but i guess its good because when you convert the bed you never have to worry about
