i can have the volume peeked & have absolutely no distortion what so ever(though i'll never need to have my volume turned up as, it's really f'n loud!!).
the audio clarity is superb given the portable size, as logitech has figured out how to minimize distortion when you maximize the volume.
you can go to full volume and will find very little distortion or buzzing.
