Despite their small size(4.5h*2.5w) and low power(0.4watt) the Samsung Pleomax PSP-7000XB USB Crystal 2.0-Channel Speakers sound output is quite loud and good quality. These speakers plenty powerful enough for tv, games, and music for most people, though as a previous reviewer stated I doubt they'd be loud enough if you would like to be able to hear music throughout your whole house. from Amazon.com I tried to get the speakers to work with Vista repeatedly on Dell Inspiron 530 with no luck. Dowloaded drivers from Samsung Pleomax website, ran supplied CD-Rom in XP compatibility mode, etc. but couldn't get them to work. from Amazon.com I want something that actually has some depth. The nice thing is that they come with a speaker jack usb adapter that I can plug my OLD speakers into and use in my usb port, which solves the problem that lead me to wanting to replace my old ones in the first place. They sound much better when connected through USB 2.0 than they do on USB 1.0 (although this too is passable).
