This game was one of the few Christmas presents I received, so I eagerly began installing it on my desktop. It has had great reviews, and promised to be fun to play through. I was quite satisfied it supported Windows 2000. But I was desperately disappointed when the installation reached its online activation. from Amazon.com This is a really great game. I was weary of getting Dead Space since the setting did not excite me (a lifeless ship out in space) but EA Games did an excellent job of creating 12 very unique levels that offer a great variety of surroundings.
