the product performs as advertised - brews great coffee - but is a bit of a pain to clean as the brewing and grinding take place in the same area of the machine.

if i had to list one bad thing about this product, it's the noise level, but you get that with freestanding grinders also.

it is really loud as it is grinding though, and it grinds the beans a little to fine for my liking, but overall great coffee maker.

the only thing i would warn about, is that it is extremely loud during the grinding process.
