the only complaints i have are that the lid for it is a bit odd and it pours pretty slow but it's this design that helps to keep the coffee fresh after it's brewed.

important to make sure the filter holder is properly in place, clicked into position, as well as making sure the lid of the coffee pot is on properly and that it is lined up with the filter holder.
