i have always been a one-cup-a-day coffee drinker.
the grinder is a bit loud and our house is small, but it has never stirred my kids.
this coffee maker exactly fits the bill for those who don't like pre-ground coffee but aren't willing to spend hundreds of dollars to have fresh ground coffee at home.
good housekeeping has just rated this one of the top 5 of many makers that they tested, and we definitely agree.
i walked 30 feet outside of my apartment and could still hear it clearly.if you live in a house and can stand the 45 seconds of grinding..
in my house, we're total coffee snobs.
i love coffee, i roast my own coffee beans at home to have delicious and fresh coffee and this unit has not delivered it.
After a long search for the perfect smaller-size coffee maker, I took a "chance" on this Zojirushi 5-cupper.
For two people that are drinking only two good strong coffee cups per day (morning), this "Zutto 5-Cup Drip Coffeemaker or ZOJIRUSHI EC-DAC50", beats (in my opinion) all other coffee makers available on the market today (including Cuisinart, Braun, D...
Great little mashine.
it is definitely worth the investment if you want a really good coffee experience at home.
i love that i can have espresso or a latte at home with the push of a button.
i so wanted this espresso maker to live up to the other great reviews.
After purchasing increasingly more expensive (and increasingly more disappointing) Saecos in search of a machine that is not more annoying than useful, I stumbled upon the XP9000 during my last research journey.
After purchasing this Krups machine i was so impressed for the automatic cappuccino and how everything goes automatically but after 1 month the milk does not froth and when i went to fix it the service center knows nothing about the machine and it is...
After years of use, I replaced my Saeco machine with the Bosch B20.
Aggravating coffee maker to use.
I bought the B20 to replace a series of Capresso machines, all of which failed after a year or so of constant use.
The B20 makes a very nice cup of coffee (espresso, americano, etc), but does require you to do a bit more work than you might expect from a "fully automatic" machine.
This automatic coffee maker brews great coffee but I wouldn't buy it again.
The coffee pot did not work properly when selecting the grind mode.
Easy to use and clean.
Cuisinart makes the best products and the Coffeemaker is no exception.
We had another brand of Grind & Brew for several years and it finally pooped out.
it makes a great cup of coffee.
in fact i use my old mr coffee carafe ( that has the wide opening ) and removed the little rubber stop inside the basket holder since i don't use the pause & serve feature ) and for my personal use i
Every other machine I've owned I would have to put the cup in the microwave to heat it, coffee was warm at best.
Make the hottest cup of coffee you will ever have.
The only reservation I have is that you really must turn it off after you pour the first cup, because the warming plate will scorch any coffee left in the pot.
I generally purchase products based on review comments and this product came with good reviews.
friends went out and purchased this pot based on the coffee they had at my house!
i like the traditional coffee makers, but my wife prefers one less clock in the house.
never mind that traditional coffee, not to mention campground coffee, just dumps the grounds in with water and boils!
at home i brew on the stove in a farberware classic yosemite stainless steel percolator, but i need an electric percolator for work.
Or it would perk enough so that the light went on but that the coffee grounds were hardly wet.
Easy to use, kept coffee hot but not too hot, and it looks so much better than the average coffee urn.
I had this item on my wish list because I thought the price was great ($64).
I keep an office of 35 running, including coffee.
I teach writing classes and provide coffee for my students -- this is the best urn I've seen/tried -- and the "how much is left" gauge is so convenient.
I've been looking for a stainless steel coffee urn for a while, keeping my eye on prices.
i finally had to replace my black and decker one cup coffee maker with travel mug and they were sold old-so i tried this one.
i wanted to give this to somebody who was going to boot camp and i assumed that the unit was much smaller so it could be used in the barracks inconspicuously.
i bought this as a travel coffee machine for my husband who loves coffee in a motel room.
are you the only coffee drinker in the house?
From the picture on line I couldn't really tell the actual size of the coffee maker unit.
it does not make the same quality as an industrial espresso maker but it certainly out performs the various countertop models i've tried.
it was difficult to find a stainless steel espresso maker at retail stores, they were all aluminum.
clean lines, stainless steel, makes this a perfect espresso maker.
if you want espresso at home, there is really no reason to fork over major dough when just a few more minutes and little more time, you get the same thing.
with this item, you can make starbucks latte at home.
i had been using the hamilton beach 3in1 hot beverage center, which is essentially a single serve coffee maker, and was very happy with it.
easy to fit a large travel mug under it.doesn't drip.
also, it needs to be a little taller so travel mugs fit under it better.
Makes great coffee and it is really easy to make coffee and also to clean.
I have owned this Hamilton Beach BrewStation Select Drip Coffeemaker - 47334 for a year, trouble free.
in our house we're just two people and find that we have to refill the tank every day after just 2 - 3 cups of xxl-size coffee.
the bosch is much stronger than the jura - almost hard to control, but once you get the hang of it, you will be making capuccinos like an italian barista, only without the tamper, dregs box and mess.
learn to use a traditional steam wand and you will never be satisfied again with the crap foam that is created by any of these so called "frother aids." by the way the steam pressure on the bosch is
A truly wonderful coffee maker.
I had several expresso machines of different degrees of auto functions.
i also like the auto shut off feature since there are multiple coffee drinkers in the house i don't have to worry about someone leaving it on.
i use the cups to make a single serving, works great and coffee is still hot when i arrive at work 10 minutes away.
the carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours, which is nice for those lazy weekend days at home!
i love the options of brewing into one cup, two, or into the carafe.
this is for our camper.
He loves to stop in for a good cup of Senseo coffee.
It simply makes better coffee then Kurig or any other single serve coffee maker.
I love this coffee maker.
Quick, hot, foamy, single servings on demand of delicious coffee.
This makes one or two cups of coffee.
great one-person coffee press.
as a "one cup a day" coffee drinker, i had been microwave brewing coffee grounds in those little single serving bags.
i purchased the coffee press because i wanted a single serving cup for myself, no filters to buy and dispose of and have a very fresh cup of coffee in minutes.
i love the coffee made in my new french press!
have used bodum coffee press for years.
we had the krups coffee and espresso maker for years, which leaked practically the whole time, but i got used to it.
(i'm in this situation because my beloved krups finally went and the current models aren't as good as the older ones!) fyi, if you're a one-cup a morning coffee drinker and don't need to brew larger
i'm no coffee engineer, but if the water spends more time in the grounds and traveling down through the narrow cone as opposed to dispersed in a flat filter, it's going to be stronger.
some spilled on the floor, and my dog took a taste before running outside and gulping down all of the snow in front of the house.
i may simply buy a french press and an insulated carafe and be done with it.
I purchased this product because my husband wanted a "simple percolator" that required no outlet, that could be used on any stove or even on an outside grill. We both love this one!!! It makes the
We ordered this to replace a Wetzel that another member of our household had left unattended on our gas burner. We found this percolator to be superior to the Wetzel and it makes a great pot of
my husband wanted this for his hunting camp so i got it for him for father's day.
The coffee pot is simple and well made. I still managed to break the glass dome after one week. I contacted Coleman by email to see if I could buy a replacement dome. I received 2 domes @ no charge 3
if youre looking for a pot to camp with choose the blue model, its very durable with no breakable parts.
it makes absolutely the best coffee i've ever had at home--hot, great flavor, not a lot of work to get there.
the design of this unit requires the ground coffee to travel only about one inch from the mouth of the grinder through a sloped chute before it drops into the filter basket.
if possible get it off the burner as soon as it is finished brewing and transfer the coffee to a thermal carafe or your travel mug.
i was a little disappointed that it wasn't 12-cup, but really 1-2 cups of water sit below the filter in the bottom of the reservoir.
i had enjoyed coffee made with fresh ground beans using a burr grinder at a friends house, so i decided to find a coffee maker that combined the grinder with the coffee maker.
I bought this coffee maker because it had the features I was looking for and I assumed it would last a couple of years (I only use on the weekends).
I had the coffee maker two years before it stopped working.
The "shower head" sprayer that "brews" the coffee works wonderfully, creating a full-bodied brew.
I wanted a coffeemaker that didn't have a glass carafe (I tend to break them)and that would shut itself off.
I went through a lot of coffee makers in my life.
