In the long run you get what you pay for. Bodum is by far the best product and does the job much more effectively as a coffee press. It leaves behind the coffee grains and one gets the coffee pure and delicious. from Amazon.com The Bodum Kenya 12 oz. This is a pretty basic device and it is hard to imagine that a company blew it.
