After purchasing increasingly more expensive (and increasingly more disappointing) Saecos in search of a machine that is not more annoying than useful, I stumbled upon the XP9000 during my last research journey. First thing I noticed is a user manual readable by a speaker of English (could be more detailed though). from Amazon.com After purchasing this Krups machine i was so impressed for the automatic cappuccino and how everything goes automatically but after 1 month the milk does not froth and when i went to fix it the service center knows nothing about the machine and it is common problem shame on krups that they did not test the machine in a right way before they introduce it into the market with that crazy price i advise all the buyers to not spend money for this unreliable machine from Amazon.com I bought the Krups XP9000 Fully automatic Espresso Machine and it is my favorite all time kitchen purchase, here's why. * Machine is fully automatic- which means I can place my coffee cup under the dispenser and just press a button if I want a coffee, espresso from Amazon.com I just got my machine today and decided to stay up to write this review since I drank so many cups of espresso.
