I liked this coffee maker while it worked. The front-load design was especially nice. from Amazon.com Like so many other commentators, I was initially pleased with the product. It has worked well for many months, then mysteriously started leaking coffee onto the heating plate. from Amazon.com I had a Delonghi previously and what I didn't like was that the hotplate's black coating peeled in bits & pieces causing the underlying metal to rust.
