Being from India, we don't drink espresso like the rest of the world, but our cuppa is more of a latte - made with milk and sugar and brewed on the stove top. We traditionally use something called a coffee filter - it works roughly like a percolater does. This filter usually tkaes time to get enough espresso to make one cup of coffee, but Bialetti does a beautiful job in just about a minute.
