We have been using the Bodum Santos for about 5 years now and without a doubt, it makes the best home brewed coffee out there. My only complaint is that they only make "good" coffee for 2 to 3 years. from Amazon.com This is my second Bodum. The bowl and timer base work just dandy, so only need the pot. At this time, Bodum won't sell just the pot.
