Even though we are purchasing our third in four years it is the best little machine for the counter since the upright mixer. Friends come to our house for coffee now instead of always going to a commercial coffee shop. We replaced it the first time because our youngest knocked it to the floor and it didn't handle the crash well,the base cracked. from Amazon.com Very disappointed with this product. After using it for a while, only on weekends, the machine stopped working properly. It looks like the temperature sensor went bad; once the drink is hot, the machine stops, but it will not turn back on to keep the right temperature.
