2.) the caraffe pour spout has a lip in it making it hard to pour all of the coffee out without taking the whole lid off and holding it upside down 3.)coffee did not stay all that warm in the pot. Though I must admit: I did not follow the instructions to run hot tap water into the caraffe and leave in for 5 minutes prior to brewing - if you do that, what is the point to having a programmable pot?
