The instructions could be better, but hey, it isn't hard to piece together. Our first espresso out of the machine was a success---I didn't expect that from the first cup! from 1st-line.net I bought the B20 to replace a series of Capresso machines, all of which failed after a year or so of constant use. The B20 has all their capabilities, uses the same filter technology and cleaning tablets, but keeps working. from Amazon.com The B20 makes a very nice cup of coffee (espresso, americano, etc), but does require you to do a bit more work than you might expect from a "fully automatic" machine.
