My coffee maker broke during the holidays and I had a house full of coffee drinkers and needed a quick replacement. I wasn't really expecting much from the espresso side of the unit - but the price was so good, I went ahead and bought it. Now -- after using the espresso maker to make cappuccino several times -- I am really impressed with how easy it is (once you process through the instructions) and how good the cappuccino comes out -- lots of foam and just the right strength. from Target.com The heating element finally went out. I purchased a less expensive one and hated it. I bought a new one of these and discovered that DeLonghi listened.
