We became spoiled with excellent coffee during a trip to Spain. After researching how the Spanish coffee is made, we learned that Spanish households all have a simple stovetop coffee maker like the Bialetti. So we ordered it and it is FANTASTIC! from Amazon.com I absolutely love my Moka Espress and always try to heat the coffee at the lowest possible setting on my stove. I either heated it a little too high or did not let it completely dry out after cleaning it one day, because it corroded on the inside (where the water goes). from Amazon.com I purchased the 3 cup Bialetti about 8 months ago and it keeps getting better and better.
