Thought it was fine, though a little dificult to clean pot due to brown build up on stainles bottom plate and delicate filter screen. Wanted the dispenser with no glass carafe to break. So I thought this was great...until the dispenser started to drip/leak one morning. Cleaned completely to make sure no coffee grounds were causing this lack of seal. from Target.com You're not supposed to put the carafe in the dishwasher and it gets a brown build up on the stainless steel bottom..hard to clean, pain. I don't like the way the filter goes in, I can't explain why--something I don't like. One reviewer said they experienced leakage, this one wouldn't stop dripping once, not sure why, I just put a cup under the spout and fortunately the next time i made coffee it didn't do it, but it wouldn't surprise me if it does it again. If I had read some of these other reviews before I bought this I would have passed this up. from Target.com I had been using the Hamilton Beach 3in1 Hot Beverage Center, which is essentially a single serve coffee maker, and was very happy with it. After my husband came home from a long deployment, however, I really needed a new "big" coffee maker. from Target.com However I loved the one hand despensing so I bought another one, this one I have only had a couple weeks, the coffee is not as good as it was in the first one. The cup despenser sticks but so far I have enjoyed it but I liked the first one better.
