I had a previous brewstation from HB and it worked great (years) and I decided it was time to update so I bought the 47665 but the seal started to leak after six months. HB dosen't sell any internal replacement parts so you would end up virtually paying for a new pot. from Walmart.com Search the web yourself. There are hundreds of reviews that show this product leaks after a couple of months. I contacted Hamilton Beach and reported this problem. They responded by saying my coffeemaker is out of warranty and the tank needs to be replaced. from Walmart.com Hamilton Beach has done it again!
