Pros: Lots of features Cons: A little tricky to access water reservoir The Bottom Line: Overall, I would recommend this coffee maker because of it's incredibly helpful features.

Pros: Great tasting coffee fast. Cons: Pouring water into reservoir is a bit tricky. The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this product because it makes great coffee, has been reliable, has all the features, and looks like new after two years of daily use.

This is a good looking appliance that makes great coffee but has a few irritating problems.

I'll call this review "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly".

The Good:

Great tasting coffee.
Good looking appliance.
Many features such as delayed timer, two hour burner shut off, on-off switch (see "The Ugly" below), digital clock, keep-warm plate adjustable setting. All of which work as they are supposed to.
Makes amazingly good 1-4 cups of coffee, with a special setting.
Nice gentle beep when coffee is ready to serve.

The Bad:

Drips a bit while pouring unless poured slowly.
Small hole in the back to pour water into, requires care to aim properly, and drips (see above).

The Ugly:

Small on/off knob with sharp knurls and a very strong spring painful to use, impossible to use if your hands are wet.

The small water adding hole, drip, and painful on/off knob are irritations every time I use this coffee maker, so I can't recommend it for the price.

Too bad because what it does well, it does very well.
