Anyone who tells you this is a flour mill is not being truthful - this is a coffee grinder by design, and a good one, simple and truthful, if coffee is what you cherish.

I have even had good results using this mill to grind up flax seed into meal and rice grains into flour (although the end product is not quite as fine as commercial flour).

in the pamphlet it says to use this only for coffee beans, but i can't have wheat gluten and am looking for a cheap(er) source of rice flour.
