this is not a professional grade grinder, it is not designed for commercial use.

i use it for grinding flax seeds and it does a very good job turning the seeds into powder for my drink.

used it for grinding poppy seeds, chillies, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger etc.

thus far, i have ground chiles, seeds and even fresh lemongrass.

if you grind flavored coffees (or, in my case, fresh seed spices) and need to clean it, you might be a little frustrated.

spice grinding: it works well enough for less oily seeds like cumin, but is a disaster for grinding dried ginger (much too hard) or cloves (too oily and clog up the grinding chamber).

finally, i found a coffee grinder that grinds coffee like the professional grinders.

it is a wonderful product and its appearance is so professional, you will be delighted in placing it in your counter at your kitchen.

often takes two full cycles to get a decent load of ground cherry seeds ready.

i suppose true "coffee connoisseurs" will turn their noses up at me, but i'm just not sure this is all worth it, at least from my personal standpoint.
