it does its spices and coffee seeds very well.but only thing is the container is not detachable so diffcult in taking out the ground thing from it.

i'm not a coffee drinker, so i actually use this for grinding whole spices and flax seeds.it works very well on spices and flax seeds, so i sould think it would be great for coffee also~
