I bought this grinder before the Solis. We drink a lot of espresso, though, and found this grinder will not grind fine enough for that. from Amazon.com I thought this coffee grinder was great. We used it every day for three years before it broke (home use...not coffee shop use). from Amazon.com I've been using this for a couple of years, so I'd have to say it is durable. However, I'm looking to replace it (if I can afford something better), because it does not grind fine at all. from Amazon.com This is an excellent day to day grinder for coffee.
