Silly me, I read the reviews and ordered it anyway. I must admit price played a part. I started with a $20.00 Krups blade grinder, it didn't do the job. I wanted a burr grinder, but was still trying to save$. from Amazon.com * Grinds enough for ~ 4 people. * Fast. * Tolerable noise level, electric burr grinders will tend to be noisy. * Looks decent. from Amazon.com Had to return it. Which means you spend more money and -- because it constantly jams - means you also spend much more time making your coffee. The Krup GVX 2 is a whole new category of appliance: an inconvenience.
