While by no means the best grinder on the market, the Gaggia MDF has enough grind settings to accommodate everything from French Press to Drip to Espresso and everything in between. If coffee is a serious hobby for you, the lack of stepless adjustment will make dialing in some types of beans difficult, but for the price I would highly recommend it. from Target.com I am very happy with it. This unit does very well in that respect. I use this in conjunction with a Gaggia Coffee (now known as Gaggia Classic; the new Gaggia Coffee is a different machine) and the two make a good pair.
