Pros: Great price for an entry level burr grinder, well-engineered product. Drinking more good coffee now. from Shopping.com It produces a fine grind unlike some more expensive models I have tried. It works for years if you clean it now and then. After a few years you will need to screw the hopper off and clean the chute and around the burrs and it works like new again. When the hopper is replaced the settings may be a bit different but just screw it back on until you get the grind you like. from Amazon.com Hey, I love toast in the morning too, and I don't think I've ever made toast without a few crumbs ending up on the counter. Yea, you have to clean out the spout every grind, but its easy with the included spoon, and after reading reviews on other grinders, this is a common practice for a lot of them. I've only clogged the burrs once, but that was only because I was re-grinding my Pre-Ground Folgers to make it taste better with a finer grind. Its grind was understandably not as even as many coffee snobs would like, but at this price, what do you expect? A variable grind ring allows you to select any fineness or coarseness of grind with just a twist. Since it is a burr grinder, the beans drop through the grinder and are caught in a cup.
