I have an older version of this model and when I needed another new clock radio with CD player, I knew this was the one to get. It is easy to use (read the instructions though)and I recommend it to anyone who wants small, simple and reasonable.
I purchased this clock/radio/CD for the CD player. The clock features were great, and the sound was better than expected.
We wanted a clock with a CD player to play cd's in our baby's bedroom at night, and this one is perfect so far. It has good sound quality and it's pretty compact.
As far as the noisy CD that people have mentioned, I go to sleep listening to ocean sounds which has some lulls in it where there are no waves and being that the clock is right next to my head, yes it is a little bit noisy, but not so much that it keeps me awake. The controls are a little more complex than your typical clock radio.
Great product.. compact.. can wake to CD, radio or alarm. Can sleep to radio or CD .
I really love my new radio, very compact and neat. I set the time so quickly and I love the CD player. It really plays well and the speakers are so smooth.
This color is actually the least bright of them all. Maybe they should switch their options around?? I do like the feature of being able to set 2 different alarms and wake up to radio/CD/beeping on each of them. I would buy this radio again.
This is a compact, nice-looking clock radio, but since the CD player did not work, we can only give it one star. We are returning the unit for a replacement.
I'm usually pretty good at that sort of thing.) The radio doesn't appear to have station presets, so you would have to go through the exercise of manual tuning every time you want to change stations. The reception is bad in the room where would have been using the radio - I couldn't tune it in any more clearly, no matter how I moved the power cord/antenna around. The CD player spins too loudly. I fully expect some noise when the track is cuing up, but I don't want to be able to hear the spinning while the music is playing.
PROS * it works -- the clock tells time, the radio plays stations, the CD player plays CDs, the various alarm types go off as they've been set * the compact size is great, esp.
