I've had my handset for one week, previously i tried the Samsung saga which i found disappointing due to a small screen and low pixel count. The 6900 is much better than the saga for web access and viewing/editing office documents. I also find the 6900 more responsive than the saga but not nearly as quick as I-phone. from Amazon.com this phone does what I need it to do. Windows mobile 6 can be upgraded to 6.1. No problems with slow speeds. I haven't hit any buttons with my cheek while i was calling anyone either. It looks very from Amazon.com I love this phone, Great Service, If you use outlook and like a PDA you will like this phone. All your contacts in outlook load easy to the phone.
