I haven't yet used it but what I can say is that it came within a very few days with packaging in good shape. from Amazon.com it's fine. no complaints except not environmentally friendly--seems there should be a simple way to refill these catridges without having to purchase a completely new huge cartridge. from Amazon.com The toner prints blurry half-page after 10-15 pages. It's a trend, it's not something that happens occasionaly. Next time I'll think about buying the original Brother toner. from Amazon.com
