the reclining feature is nice, but baby is still pretty upright(i haven't found a forward facing car seat that reclines as much as i'd like, but i am sure for safety reasons there's only so far back

a 5 point harness that looks like a "big boy seat." flexible back allows portability and reclining if your seats recline, but limits placement.

for a van with reclining seats, it's fine, but in a sedan, no recline feature means a sleeping kid will likely be face forward.

one thing i really don't like is when it's installed in the "rear facing" position, there is no access to pull out the reclining bar, so you have to kind of keep it where you think you'll need it.
