the seat was easy to install, is easy to use, it seems very sturdy and my son looks comfortable in it.
the material is soft and it also looks great in my sports car!
i love the look of it but it gets so hot when the car is in the sun.
so what i might recommend to parents looking into car seats is that you go with the other convertible britax (marathon?) because the weight limit is higher and you can use it longer then the
it looks nice in the car and does not take up too much room.
ds still fits comfortably into it at 19 months, although now we are looking for a bigger seat (probably the husky) for him to transition into when his baby brother or sister gets here in may.
it has much more padding than any other car seat we looked at.
not only does this seat feel cemented to your car when installed, it looks great, the cover is easy to remove for cleaning and the velcro is genius.
but he falls asleep in it and loves that, since he is still rear facing and the seat is reclined, he can look over his shoulder and see mommy driving.
around in his infant seat (at this point it's easier to just strap the little guy in and port him around than move him in and out of this), i'm looking forward to moving my little guy into this one.
it is a beautiful seat..my only gripe as with all seats is once they are sleeping it does not look that comfortable...other than that safety..well that is a given, quality and looks all get 5 stars
i look at the car seats that my friends and in-laws have their children in and it reaffirms that i made a wonderful decision in my purchase.
the britax regent didn't seem to be the right seat for our situation and we already have a britax marathon for another child, and it looks like she'll outgrow it length-wise fairly soon.
the infant seat is comfortable and secure, it looks and feels luxurious.
she is 21 lbs right now, but she fits in the seat great and it looks very comfy.
*when i ordered this seat it looked like the print was just black and off white but actually the white backgrown has these fake tan leather prints on it.
despite the high price in comparison with other brands, this seat makes up for it in ease of use, durability, safety and it looks good too!
lastly, the simplest buckle we found on any car seat we looked at, none of this holding two pieces together stuff each strap buckles seperately and a click lets you know it's secure!
it has the best rating and the material are great and it looks to soft and comfortable but i needed a seat that would removed from the base and carry the seat everywhere i go.
i worried that he would seem lost in it but he already fell asleep this morning in it and looked more comfortable than he was in his carrier seat, he doesn't slump nearly as much.
my son can get in and out of it easily (with us working the buckles of course) i look forward to having this for a long time.
otherwise, this is a good product and i would recommend it to anyone looking to transition from a rear facing to front facing seat.
she always looks to be very comfortable in it.great product
chair looks great, but the belt at the crotch is set rather close to the seat back and makes it tough to fasten.
it was simple to install and looks pretty good in the car.
it is cozy, looks great, easy to take out and put back in the car.
i did a lot of research on boosters, since our son was close to 40 lbs and ready for one, and i even purchased a different booster from elite car seats, since i was looking for something a bit
the straps never tangle, the chest clip falls perfectly on my daughter who is petite and she just seems and looks very comfortable in it.
it's not as bright blue as the picture, but still looks great!
things about this seat is that the straps don't get twisted around and flimsy as time goes by, like other seats i have seen.i have washed the covers about every other month and they still look great.
overall glad i spent the money and went with this seat, but i may look into getting a different cover since britax makes replacement covers; one that's not so "hot" and "fuzzy".
it's very comfortable some say the harness at the bottom is a little short and it is by looking at it but once my little girl who has larger legs gets seated properly she's very comfortable.
this a great car seat, with a great safety record and it looks good in the car.
for her to sleep in, and my husband and i were commenting after we installed the britax on how we wish we could sit in it because it looks like a recliner seat that you sit in your living room!
the seat is big and heavy, which i like since it looks and feels so safe.
it was easy to install and looks so comfy.
we chose the cow print so it looks cool too!
the car seat sits higher than other car seats and they look safe and comfortable as well.
and my son doesn't seem to be bothered that he is not in a "big kid" booster seat--in fact, he says this seat is cool because it looks like the seats in a racing car!
we have the seat in the onyx pattern which is black and silver and it's great looking.
he still fits in this seat and i'm rather not looking forward to having to buy a new one when he outgrows it!
the regent does look huge at first because it has a lot more actual seating area than any other seat i've seen.
my child loves the fact that is looks and feels like a "big kid" seat - wide, heavy (not airline approved and you wouldn't want to transport it anyway) and fits solidly as a rock in the car.
it looks he's feeling very comfortable with this chair and i'm not woring when he falls asleep in the car.
it looks awseome, my husband was worried it would look goofy in the car.
the reason i say this is because you can't take the car seat out and put it in a stroller like you can with other brands, and looks quite clunky rear facing even though it does recline.
i looked at every seat available when it was time to upgrade, and feel i made the right (the only) choice for us.
still looks brand new and we use it every day!
it was just what i was looking for except i did not like the leopard print pattern.
it is very soft and nice looking.
comparing at home, this one was made with a better quality fabric that looks like it'll hold up much better and the seat had more padding.
i would highly recommend this seat to anyone who is looking for the extra safety when it comes to using a regular seat belt.
if you are looking for a fair priced booster seat i would check this one out, it's worth the price.
if you are looking for a good budget seat, this is ok, but i recommend spending a few $ more if you can afford it and go with the the compass seat.
my daughter says she's comfortable in it, and looks happier being in her big-girl car seat.
i definitely recommend them to any parent looking for a good deal with great value of product.
