another thing to be aware of with this seat is that it is extremely large and bulky--my 3 year old (37 pounds and 38 inches)was able to fully place his feet on the seat in front.

and, when i took out the front facing other car seat the 4 year old was in, i was mad at myself it was not nearly as sturdy, did not have the side impact protection, and was made out of pretty flimsy

finally, the chest clip seems a little less sturdy than the chicco seat we had,(which is why we rated a 4 instead of 5) but it clasps well, so as long as it doesn't break it should be fine.
