First, I have to say that we LOVE Recaro child safety products. By far, they surpass any other brand on safety and quality. from Amazon.com Great value, especially for the price. There is an issue with the angle of the car seat when it is used rear facing, so you have to adjust it to your car, which is a pain. After much research I found Recaro car seats were not only sold in Germany, but the same car seats (and models) were available here, meaning if they are good enough to pass their standards (45mph vs our 30 mph), they are the best available here in the US.
