I just wanted to write a review because so many moms have trouble finding a booster that would allow the belt to be positioned properly on the child's shoulders. Especially moms with smaller or shorter children. I LOVE the GRaco Air Booster, I'll get to the belt part in a minute, but the other plusses to this seat are the duel cupholders that slide in and out, so the side of the car you put it in no longer matters, & you can have both cups pulled out with a snack or toy in one, and a beverage in the other. Also, there is a special fabric used for the seat bottom, so that it doesn't overheat in a hot car. from Amazon.com The chair is sturdy and light weight... easy to snap together.
