I have 13-month-old twins and already these seats are getting uncomfortable for them (they are 25 and 30 lbs, and 29" and 30" respectively); every time they get red marks on their inner thighs. They are buckled in correctly, there is just no way around the short crotch strap. ERF: Not much leg room for extended rear-facing, or for bigger babies like mine - at 13 months, legs are already crammed up against the back seat. They will never make it to 2 years RF like this. from Amazon.com This seat has been a lifesaver.
