wonderful product very safe and made very well, i borught it for my granddaughter whom is now 18 months from Baby-wise.com technically, he can fit into a booster seat, but he would wriggle out of the seatbelt, and was practically swimming in it. from Elitecarseats.com was looking for a way to keep our tall 6 year old daughter in a 5 point harness as long as possible, since it is so much safer for her than a booster seat and this car seat does the trick! from Elitecarseats.com while it is legal to put a one year old in a forward facing only seat like the regent, i would not recommend it from a safety point of view. from Elitecarseats.com it was the only seat that offered the 5 point safety harness with a height and weight (80lbs) requirement that would grow with our daughter for the duration of her needing a carseat. from Elitecarseats.com we knew it was big; however, we wanted it anyway for maximum safety and we wanted to buy one final seat that would last until she outgrew a seat. from Elitecarseats.com it isn't 100% ideal, but it seems much safer and sturdier for my wiggle worm than the traditional seat belt boosters. from Elitecarseats.com it's great that britax makes the regent because my daughter can stay in a 5-point harness (safer than a seat belt) up to 80 pounds! from Elitecarseats.com i feel that it gives my child a safe comfortable seat and i would highly recommend this carseat. from Elitecarseats.com it is a big seat and i have a small car(chrysler cirrus)but it is well worth having my son comfortable and safe. from Elitecarseats.com
