If you are a mortgage professional this should be the calculator of choice. Offers a myriad of functions with operating ease. from Amazon.com This will do just about everything and anything you need to do with real estate calculations. I do like it better then Texas Inst. from Amazon.com I originally bought this calculator when I was studying for my Real Estate. I grew to LOVE it. from Amazon.com This calculator is by far the easiest I've used. The abbreviations on the keys make sense and are easier to remember than some other brands I've tried. from Amazon.com The (Calculated Industries 3430 Qualifier Plus IIIFX Real Estate Finance Calculator) is just what I needed. It is intuitive to use and easily does all major real estate calculations for real estate investment decisions. from Amazon.com Very easy to use.
