i had to send mine back since home and student was loaded on my box and turn around and purchase the upgrade version (i had office xp from a previous computer)from another source.
pros: the applications are what a student needs cons: the price however is not what an average college student a afford.
i give it 5 stars and recommend it for small business users, students and individuals.
