The software works just fine, but it is infuriating trying to get a human on the phone when you call them for support (especially frustrating when I had paid for "premium phone support").

Not only do you have to go out of your way to find an accountant that knows how to use Microsoft accounting or any of the other small Accounting packages but you may also have to pay a premium for their help because they are such a rarity.
