Best Business and Productivity Software for Folder

i decided to make a few folders - one for classes, one for personal, one for home & car maintenance etc.

i like it all in one place with an easy folder and subfolder system.

the folder system is easy to use and nicely organized with various colors and titles.

i don't understand the reviewer who says that you can do this with word and "special" folders.

the ability to have three headings per folder is a bit of an overkill, but once you understand how to organize your receipts/documents to match neatdesk's filing system, it is a breeze to use.

you must open your inbox and review each scan for accuracy and the file it into a folder you create.

once a document is scanned and placed into a document folder, it can be exported as an .rtf file that can be imported into word.

since i use pdf files this system is very compatable with allowing me to save documesnts in client folders.
