i tried "things" (too simple) and read the extensive reviews on the net regarding time management/productivity and billing programs.
the learning curve is pretty steep even with the manual, there is just too much flexibility to be simple.
i think is a great software for the price ( compared to act etc.) only wish they had more free training options other than the basic videos and user manual.

i got this product for one simple reason:

i have had some problems formatting the page setup for my word documents (they're not letters) because the formatting is somewhat different than word 2003 for the pc, but excel is basically the same.
