BEWARE!!!!! If you need tech support, after ONE free support session (and mine did not solve the problem!) you must PAY $19.95 each time you call with NO GUARENTEE that the problem will be solved. from Amazon.com I never used voice recogntion software before buying this, but I'm pleased with the performance! It doesn't work 100 percent of the time, but I'd say about 85, whivh is still pretty nice. from Amazon.com We have a family member with an autism spectrum disorder and dysgraphia (a learning disability.) We tried earlier versions, and they were awful. English is a "second language" for her (we've been married 35 years and she's lived in the USA and England all that time). Although she speaks "reasonably good" English, NaturallySpeaking doesn't recognize hardly a word she speaks during the "training phase" where it's so important to "train" the program to the user's voice. She couldn't get thru the training, resulting in horrible results when she attempted to dictate on the program. from Amazon.com I just bought the software and am in the process of training it using the texts provided. Two of the most widely used Windows programs. As a quadriplegic, I have been using almost all versions of Dragon NaturallySpeaking and they have worked fine.
