you will get a lot out of this product, but lotus/ibm has rarely modified and improved the program, and really should do this. from Amazon.com i've been using this program since march 1992 and i love it. from Amazon.com threw away my paper address book, calendar, to-do lists...and never looked back! from Amazon.com i have used other organizers/contact managers, and they don't have the same functionality or ease of use. from Amazon.com i have used this program exclusively since 1995. from Amazon.com by the way, i am 70 and retired, so busines use of this program has no interest for me, and i am making no claims as to their use. from Amazon.com there is an address book included along with a number of other features. from Amazon.com it's easy to use and powerful at the same time. from Buy.com I have data in Lotus Organizer 97 which dates back to 1995. It has all my addresses and phone numbers, plus all my appointments. from Amazon.com I have used this organizer for many years and this purchase was a recent upgrade. It is a great product for those that like to have an organizer that they can bring up on the computer screen. from Amazon.com
