Cons: Pricy for what it is, and Microsoft does not have good support in the least

While the products work well, they can be a bit hard to customize. Once you find your way around, you're fine.

Cons: Still quite a bit of money for an incremental upgrade. OneNote a little disappointing. from Shopping.com This one includes Access and Publisher as well as the usual Office apps, and lets you legally install on one desktop and one laptop--a pretty good deal for all the productivity you get with the software! I would never reccomend to anyone to order from them. You will never receive your product, and you will be billed for an item that you will never receive.
