I'm currently a 2nd term law student, and I used this product throughout my undergrad career too. It really works for cross compatibility with Windows PCs. from Walmart.com I purchased this because my trial software on my new IMAC had run out. I figured that since I used Microsoft Office for years on the PC, the best bet was this program. While it does do the basic Microsoft Office things, It also runs slow and crashes my nearly un-crashable computer. from Amazon.com I went back to Office 2004 for Mac after purchasing Office 2008 for Mac when I found out that Excel 2008 does not support visual basic and visual basic macros. I use VB macros in my spreadsheets all the time and could not live without them. from Amazon.com I bought this version of Office after reading that the newest version for Mac is full of bugs.
