After we found some really nasty stuff on our adopted son's browsing history, I downloaded a trial version of NetNanny. Tomorrow I'm going to have to take it our laptop in to a computer repair shop to try to get the operating system repaired at considerable expense. from Amazon.com I spent two weeks trying to get NetNanny to work on my machine, and finally gave up. I worked closely with their technical support people, who were very good. from Amazon.com While Net Nanny seems very easy to set up and configure, we had a lot of problems with it. For example, it kept asking for an admin password when you opened a web browser, even though I had configured it to allow web surfing for everyone -- and then it wouldn't even accept my admin password. from Amazon.com I purchased Net Nanny about a year ago. It did not have as many options and features as I had expected but it did offer some degree of protection for my kids while online. from Amazon.com I have owned several versions of Net Nanny - and the latest, version 5.6 is awesome.
