Pros: Virtually computer illiterate but I didn't feel like an "Office Dummy" while using this product. Cons: The only issue that I have with Office 2003 Pro was Excel's formulas. from Shopping.com Pros: Attractive design, Excellent performance and is actually fun to use! Cons: Full retail price is ridiculous (even for me) for a toaster!
