Pros: Easy to use, less hassle than earlier versions of office

Cons: The licensing agreement is a bit of a hassle if you have to reinstall it.

The Bottom Line: If you haven't already upgraded, do it. Be prepared to upgrade some of your software and hardware if you have an older computer, but it is well worth it.
