from opening the box, reading instructions that are so easy they should be titled "bread making for dummies" and then piping hot french loaf, great tasting and a heavenly scented kitchen: 3 hrs.

don't rise as easily (i think they are denser), so an increase of the yeast amount helps (without tasting "yeasty") - this has nothing to do with the bread machine, just bread making in general.
